Yes, I understand your point but the general event is the theme or the initial plot point, not key moments. So it's not discussing the main theme of the episode. It's like "Jack climbing the mountain," but it's a spoiler if you say, "Jack meet Jane at the top then fell down" then it's a spoiler. The difference is literally the impact of surprise on the consumer.
And there are no rules that say to check the comments later, it is what we do often.

okay. tbh i never watched MHA. Misclicked the ep and wanted to check the comment section for what's going on with this show and the way OP said it, it sure seemed like a key plot point. So if not that important then great! But checking the comment section before watching is just another side of the coin for many reasons. And it's considered common sense to use spoiler fonts for key plots. Have a nice day and nice to argue with you on a page i misclicked lmao

I think you looked at the wrong episode even if it was a missclick to not be spoiled as it's at an epic point of the story nearly concluding, I usually look at the overview comments for the anime itself to see if people are into it or if they made it sound interesting instead of an episode unless its Episode 1. Also, this is season 6 so you're pretty much missing everything that's led up to this. I would highly recommend watching season 1 onwards as it's a great anime really good story, fights and music it's really intense, never knowing who's going to win what powers are coming out and stuff if you like stuff like that then this is for you.

But I would agree he was talking about this episode specifically, so it doesn't go against TOS/guidelines. Spoilers for the current episode are usually in the comments section of the episode itself as we voice our opinions on it after watching so it's to be expected. If anyone reads the comments before watching on an actual episode then it's their own fault getting spoiled, also they don't need to put spoiler tags for current episodes it's just for future ones if it gets discussed or a question on something we might find out later.

thanks for the effort to try to get me into this but after watching about 300 anime in the last few years alone, I have to rethink before getting into another fandom. And this one just seems nothing out of the ordinary, and i watched the first few episodes when they came out and honestly, they looked like cartoons for animal crossing players. The vibe is just not there. You could compare the aesthetics to Ousama Ranking but that one was different because they were going for something else. So as i said it was a missclick that led me to check the comments, knowing that i wouldn't mind getting spoiled since i was never planning to watch it in the first place. Seriously there are a lot of great titles out there than this.
It would go against the guidelines if it was a major spoiler, even for this episode. But none cares anyway...
